Compliance Monitoring and Tracking (CMT)

This component utilizes personnel in the courts who upon adjudication of a case conduct an intake with the client. At this intake the case is reviewed in its entirety to insure the client understands all court ordered sanctions. Referrals are made to following agencies as required: DWI School, Alcohol Screen, Community Service, Ignition Interlock, Treatment, Jail Commitment and Probation Supervision.
